With four Kure cafe locations all around Portland under his belt, founder Nate Higgins was finally ready to bring his idea of delicious, organic snack bars — packed full of real food and limited ingredients — to life. Originally he reached out to help design his superfood bars, but we quickly realized that there was more needed to connect the two ideas under the parent brand. A line of products, a new brand, and a shiny website later, the new Kure Superfoods was born.
